Rebecca L. Meyer, PhD, MSNed, FCN, BSN, RN
Rebecca has been a nurse for over 35 years, during which time she has worked in the PICU/CVICU for more than 20 years as part of the ECMO Team and Transport Team, as well as serving in an Educator and Management Capacity. She transitioned to being a full-time professor at a faith-based university, teaching courses across undergrad, grad, and doctoral programs. She has co-authored numerous new graduate programs. She was the leader of the overall curriculum and co-author of Christian Global Health in Perspective, a 12-week course designed for individuals preparing for missions. She trains with and leads teams of students to serve cross-culturally, where they learn to integrate their faith with their discipline. In this capacity, she has participated in community development projects in various locations throughout South Asia, Southeast Asia, and South America. She is also a volunteer at her church, serves on professional boards, and participates in various community activities.
